I'm following the privacy laws that are effective in Germany. You can access this information anytime on my website.

The use of my contact data on this website must not be used for commercial advertising purposes as long as I didn't give written consent. The provider and all persons mentioned on this website object to any commercial use, transfer and dissemination of their data.

You can use my website without giving any personal data. When I ask you for personal data (like your name, address or e-mail address) you are free to decline. I won't give your data to third parties without your explicit consent.

Data you have given to me in the context of an enquiry or a commission (inventory data) will be handled with utmost care and only within the framework agreed upon. Nevertheless, I have to consider legal retention periods. In particular cases, I may have to provide information to relevant authority as long as it concerns criminal prosecution, danger defence,  protection of the Constitution, Federal Intelligence Service or intellectual property.

Comment Feature

I ask for personal data (e.g. a name and e-mail address) when you are using the comment feature. I use this data only to the extent you gave to me. When comments are published your e-mail address is saved but will not be published. The name you offered is going to be published. You can decide whether you want to use your real name or a pseudonym.
